UC San Diego's Payee Management Tool
PaymentWorks is a self-service, online tool that simplifies how payees do business with UC San Diego. Analytica recommended PaymentWorks as part of the Supplier Risk Management engagement initiated by the University of California Office of the President and is being adopted by many of the other UC campuses. PaymentWorks' robust security measures help maintain the best defense against increasingly complex fraud schemes.
What will be available in PaymentWorks?
- Streamlined processes for payee registration and invoice tracking
- ACH payment option available for Purchase Order Suppliers
- Consolidated access to payment status information
Who can access PaymentWorks?
- PaymentWorks will be accessible to payees who conduct business with campus clients.
- If a UC San Diego department wishes to do business with you or your company, please instruct them to send you an invitation to register in PaymentWorks.
- Existing payees can request an invitation to PaymentWorks from their UC San Diego department contact to update their account information.
When will PaymentWorks go live?

What’s happening with Payment Compass?
Payment Compass will continue to be available for invoice submission until new methods are launched near the end of the calendar year.
