Smart Lockers 

Logistics Student Mail launched contactless smart lockers at The Trove in 2020 as part of a broader strategy to enhance the student experience. 

The centralized parcel center and flagship locker system are part of a broader strategy to implement a consolidated Student Mail solution to transform the student mail process into a seamless operation with advanced technology, enhanced safety, and expanded service levels. The immediate success of the smart lockers provided the team with proof of concept that led to expanding the locker system to more locations and offering 24/7 access, 365 days a year, for parcel pickup.

The Contactless Experience

The Trove houses one of several Student Mail parcel centers on campus. Students residing at Warren, Muir, and Village at Pepper Canyon pick up their incoming packages at this location. The student parcel center at The Trove is the first to offer contactless package pickup using smart locker technology.
