Heather Vinograd

Heather serves as the Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) executive director at UC San Diego. IPPS comprises the university's procurement, payables, travel, and logistics. She also leads the Campus Partnership Program that evolves relationships with suppliers into more meaningful partnerships with purpose and mutual benefit.

Heather is an alumnus of the STRIVE Leadership program and a Leaders for Equity Advancement and Diversity (LEAD) Fellow. Prior to joining UC San Diego, Heather started her career at a public accounting firm in San Francisco. Heather earned her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona and her master’s degree in leadership studies from the University of San Diego.
