Yvonne leads the Payables team at UC San Diego, overseeing Accounts Payable and Payment Services to ensure seamless processing of all non-payroll payments across the campus. 

Yvonne has been at UC San Diego since 2004 and was recognized as one of the 2019-2020 Exemplary Staff Employees of the Year for her outstanding contributions in operational excellence and process improvement. Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from Point Loma Nazarene University.
