Kevin is the Procure-to-Pay System Optimization Manager at UC San Diego. He began his career at the university more than fourteen years ago as a student worker in Business and Financial Services, where he was first introduced to campus operations and financial systems. He later became a fund manager in a research unit and spent many years as an accountant in the General Accounting department, experiences that shaped his perspective on financial controls and process integrity.
After joining Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions, Kevin found an environment where he could focus more deeply on system improvements, supplier workflows, and streamlining processes for the campus community. He earned his MBA from San Diego State University through the STRIVE leadership program and served as the Accounts Payable design lead for the Oracle Financial Cloud implementation. Today, he leads a lean team focused on driving efficiency, automation, and improvements to supplier and payment workflows across campus.
