The Passport Office at UC San Diego is open to the public, offering U.S. Passport and Notary services for both Tritons and the greater San Diego community

Our Services

• DS-11 passport application processing* 
• Passport photos
• Digital photos
• Document photocopies
• Notary 

*All U.S. passport applicants (first-time or renewing) are eligible to use the DS-11 passport application.

Office Hours

Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays
Appointments are available from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm
Walk-ins are accepted from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Appointments are given priority. As a result, walk-in services may experience longer wait times. 

Plan Ahead

Appointments are available from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday, and select Saturdays. Appointments can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
