About Us
UC San Diego offers a unique service with an Amazon pickup point on campus, the only one in the region at a higher education institution. Open to everyone, including students, faculty, staff, and area residents, it provides a safe and convenient location. Students benefit from not needing to travel off-campus to places like Whole Foods for their Amazon deliveries.

Full-time Staff Onsite
The Amazon Hub is fully staffed during business hours, allowing customers to hand over returns, even for oversized packages, making the process seamless and efficient.
Convenient Business Hours
The Amazon Hub has convenient and extended operating hours, often staying open past the hours of residence hall package rooms.
Monday-Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 11am-5pm
Easy Return Service
A self-service return station is available, simplifying the return process and enabling quick and easy drop-offs.
Self-Service Pickup Lockers
Self-service lockers offer a secure and convenient way for you to pick up your Amazon orders at any time.
Recycling Station
Customers can unbox their items and recycle the packaging on-site, eliminating the need to carry boxes around campus and find other disposal methods.
Customer Parking
!TBD! The new theater district parking structure, currently under construction, will provide convenient parking for Amazon customers, pending confirmation of designated spaces. (Campus Map)
Student Discount
Students can enjoy a 6-month free trial of Amazon Prime, followed by a half-price membership, making it an affordable option for all students.
