Heather Vinograd

Heather Vinograd has many roles within IPPS. In addition to overseeing Travel, Tax Services, and Payment Services (Accounts Payable, and Payment Request), Heather serves as the Director of UC San Diego's Campus Partnership Program.

Prior to joining UC San Diego, Heather provided audit, tax, and consulting services at a public accounting firm in the Bay Area.
