We are all facing unprecedented times. COVID-19 a global pandemic is affecting every aspect of our lives, from how we work to how we conduct at home with our families.  As a small business owner, we cannot imagine the additional impact this pandemic has brought to your operation.  Our purpose in reaching out is to provide an update on how we are approaching the situation within our UC San Diego Supply-Chain.

Like many organizations during these uncertain times, we are doing our best to secure the health and well-being of our staff and their families. A majority of our teams transitioned to working from home, with only essential workers required to maintain the services and functions necessary to ensure continued research, education, and campus business activities of which we rely upon to operate resiliently during the COVID-19 pandemic response.  With many already accustomed to working flexibly, this shift for us has fortunately been relatively smooth and has proven to have very little impact on our ability to continue service to our customers and partners.  

We are “Open for small-Business” and will continue providing services to our customers through digital channels as much as possible. This is also an area where we are using various technology solutions for continued business activities and engagements.  We trust that you, too, are doing everything in your control to stay informed and safe, so that together we can navigate and mitigate the impacts of this pandemic over the weeks and months ahead.
